The Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI applications while integrating them with existing systems and resolving technical issues.

Lead design, development, integration, and enhancement of Hogan IDS deposit systems in a regulated mainframe environment. Own batch and online components, drive performance and reliability, lead projects and teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure audit-ready, compliant deliveries through collaboration with product, operations, and risk stakeholders.

Lead architecture and development of large-scale Intelligent Document Services (IDOCS). Build and scale AI-driven document classification, extraction, validation, and enrichment solutions. Hands-on coding, design, and testing of microservices-based systems; mentor teams, define engineering standards, and drive adoption of generative AI and modern deployment practices.

Lead hands-on development of enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions: design, build, code, test, debug, deploy integrations, tables, workflows and scripting. Mentor engineers, influence platform architecture and governance, ensure secure and scalable implementations, and translate technical designs into demos and business-facing solutions in a hybrid environment.

Design and implement production-grade backend services and platform APIs in Go. Build Kubernetes-native components (controllers, operators, CRDs, webhooks), integrate with CI/CD, observability, and security systems, and apply AI/agentic programming to automate platform workflows and improve developer productivity. Troubleshoot distributed systems and participate in architecture reviews.

Design, develop and execute end-to-end test plans, scripts and emulation for IoT platform components (devices, gateways, protocols, cloud). Define observability/instrumentation, produce quantitative metrics, and lead small technical teams to validate E2E data flows.

Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, manage integrations with large customer repositories, develop full-stack software, provision cloud infra with Terraform, and implement scalable data pipelines. Learn and apply PySpark, modern data architecture, and AI/agentic tools (Claude, Cursor) to automate and accelerate engineering workflows.

Work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy end-to-end production software and AI solutions. Lead solution architecture across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and ML models; develop production-grade applications; engage stakeholders from engineers to executives; and contribute reusable frameworks and best practices.

Design, develop, and test real-time bare-metal firmware and DSP algorithms for mixed-signal ICs; build host-side Python test/demo applications; document designs/APIs; collaborate with hardware, tools, SQA, and field engineers; support customer integration and validation efforts.

Develop and maintain cybersecurity processes, templates, and evidence for standards (TISAX, IEC 62443-4-1, CRA). Coordinate TISAX assessments and audits, liaise with Information Security on ISO 27001 policies, perform internal audits and management reviews, and ensure readiness for reassessments and customer security reviews.
