Oversee construction quality assurance for mining projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, mentoring team, and managing contractor interactions.

Support integration of new division partners into payroll tax processes; gather and analyze payroll/tax data; ensure timely, accurate processing of liability payments, tax returns, and notices; lead and track projects to improve tax department efficiency and processes; maintain project plans and status; optimize workflows and identify growth opportunities.

Monitor, evaluate, and score agent calls for compliance and quality against guidelines. Record accurate data, meet production goals, and perform related QA duties using Excel, Outlook, and CMS. Maintain strong communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Preferred: QA experience, insurance/Medicare exposure, relevant license, or bilingual Spanish-English.
