The Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI applications while integrating them with existing systems and resolving technical issues.

Design, develop, and maintain automation platforms and backend services (primarily Python) for enterprise storage and backup infrastructure. Lead technical initiatives, build scalable APIs, integrate with infrastructure tooling, implement CI/CD and automated tests, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.

Maintain software repositories and builds, ensure continuous integration and delivery, synchronize patches across build lines, integrate vendor code, produce periodic builds for validation teams, coordinate defect fixes, automate patch/build management, and improve processes while guiding internal and external teams.

Design and implement production-grade backend services and platform APIs in Go. Build Kubernetes-native components (controllers, operators, CRDs, webhooks), integrate with CI/CD, observability, and security systems, and apply AI/agentic programming to automate platform workflows and improve developer productivity. Troubleshoot distributed systems and participate in architecture reviews.

The Software Engineer will develop web-based systems, gather requirements, design solutions, optimize code, and ensure software quality through testing and documentation.

Lead infrastructure engineer designing and deploying infrastructure tools and playbooks, supporting NonStop systems and messaging middleware, automating processes, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating releases, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Develop and deliver complex mobile features for enterprise payments using Flutter/Dart. Design and maintain architecture, automated test suites, and CI/CD pipelines. Mentor engineers, perform spikes/proofs-of-concept, automate releases, and ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements for point-of-sale and payment integrations.

Develop and maintain complex desktop UI applications using WPF and/or Silverlight. Lead GUI/UX design, implement .NET/C# application architecture, integrate with databases via ADO.Net/ODBC/Oracle SQL, and implement WCF services. Support reporting frameworks (Sharpshooter, Telerik, SSRS) and contribute to debugging and Visual Studio-based development.

Build automated distributions for client products; install, configure and deploy Linux OS and applications; write Bash scripts; administer MySQL or similar RDBMS; use version control (Subversion/Git/Perforce); troubleshoot and resolve issues. Optional work may include AWS, writing installers, or C++/WinAPI development.

Develop C# desktop applications (WinForms) and MS Excel plugins, write scripts, collaborate with technical customers, follow Agile processes, implement functional modules, code to requirements, and track/resolve software defects.

Manage relationships with EDA vendors (Synopsys, Mentor, Ansys, Cadence), coordinate tool deliverables and roadmaps to align with PDK releases, resolve tool defects, coordinate with internal design automation teams, and report status to Intel Custom Foundry stakeholders.

Integrate silicon and software into customer products, debug and root-cause complex embedded software and networking issues, perform acceptance testing, update documentation, provide technical training and hands-on customer support, and contribute feedback to product teams.

Design, develop and execute end-to-end test plans, scripts and emulation for IoT platform components (devices, gateways, protocols, cloud). Define observability/instrumentation, produce quantitative metrics, and lead small technical teams to validate E2E data flows.

Design and execute validation tests for pre- and post-silicon products, develop test plans and automation in CI, triage and debug hardware/software issues, and report quality metrics to stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage relationships and deliverables with EDA vendors (Synopsys, Mentor, Ansys, Cadence); align tool roadmaps with PDK releases; coordinate vendor deliverables with internal design automation teams; resolve tool defects; report status to stakeholders; interface with process, design and DA teams; provide technical leadership and project execution; produce documentation and presentations.

Develop customer-directed desktop applications using C# and C++, focusing on WinForms and Excel plugin development. Work in Agile teams to gather requirements, plan modules, write code, script automation, coordinate with other developers, and track/resolve defects. Exposure to EDA tools (Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics Expedition) is a plus. Position is a short-term (3 month) contract starting ASAP.

Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, manage integrations with large customer repositories, develop full-stack software, provision cloud infra with Terraform, and implement scalable data pipelines. Learn and apply PySpark, modern data architecture, and AI/agentic tools (Claude, Cursor) to automate and accelerate engineering workflows.

Work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy end-to-end production software and AI solutions. Lead solution architecture across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and ML models; develop production-grade applications; engage stakeholders from engineers to executives; and contribute reusable frameworks and best practices.
