Support customers using PCIe and USB products by reviewing schematics, providing PCIe driver debugging and development guidance, answering field sales and customer questions, producing application notes, knowledgebase articles, software examples and implementation manuals, identifying enablement gaps, and writing high-level requirements to improve customer experience.

Design, develop, and test real-time bare-metal firmware and DSP algorithms for mixed-signal ICs; build host-side Python test/demo applications; document designs/APIs; collaborate with hardware, tools, SQA, and field engineers; support customer integration and validation efforts.

Lead design, modernization, and maintenance of legacy and modern .NET web and backend platforms. Build scalable solutions integrating SQL Server, Azure, and third-party APIs. Drive architecture, code quality, CI/CD, infrastructure troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Design, develop, test, debug, and document embedded real-time software (C/C++) on Linux and RTOS platforms. Collaborate with hardware engineers for integration, follow full software lifecycle, ensure standards, and perform troubleshooting and validation in lab environments.
