Administers and technically owns SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business applications. Configures and enhances applications using native tools, documents application functions and backups, supports users and escalates issues, and manages related projects. The role partners with business units to understand needs, improve efficiency, and maximize application utilization. It requires application management experience, SharePoint administration expertise, financial services experience, strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and schedule flexibility for maintenance and system changes.
