Own and scale internal IT and corporate systems, providing end-user support, identity/device management, onboarding/offboarding automation, office and remote network/VPN infrastructure maintenance, vendor/contractor coordination, and administration of internal AI and SaaS tools to improve employee productivity.

Provide front-line Windows and Microsoft 365 technical support for local and remote users, handling hardware, software, endpoint imaging, account lifecycle, ticketing, documentation, asset management, and escalation while following ITIL-aligned processes and security/compliance requirements.
