Coordinates quality assurance for business-critical mortgage letters, notices, and statements. Reviews content for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and borrower experience; develops QC and UAT test scenarios; manages documentation, recertification, remediation, audits, vendors, and offshore review teams. Partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, business units, and print vendors to investigate root causes, implement solutions, meet regulatory deadlines, and drive continuous improvement. Presents findings to leadership and clients and provides training as needed.

Lead QA for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: design and execute enterprise test plans, write automation scripts (or use tools like MABL), provide third-level and on-call support, mentor junior QA, and help evolve DevOps and testing practices to ensure reliability and performance.

Supports the coordination, facilitation, administration, and tracking of technical and non-technical training programs. Responsibilities include scheduling sessions, preparing materials and classrooms, maintaining training records in SharePoint and ISOtrain, managing shared mailboxes, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to training team projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, multitasking, initiative, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Lead development and implementation of a quality playbook for Fusion Center support teams. Define QA KPIs, run calibration sessions, produce monthly executive quality reports, partner with cross-functional teams on training/processes, analyze support data, recommend automation and long-term fixes to reduce ticket volume and improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Design, develop and execute test plans for SuccessFactors/Employee Central and SAP payroll integrations. Review and approve test artifacts, document defects, participate in design reviews, mentor junior analysts, maintain deep knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration and integration, and manage multiple configuration/support projects to meet delivery deadlines.
