Also supports training, competency assessment, preventive maintenance, and laboratory operations.

Reviews financial aid files and packaging audits for compliance with Title IV, state regulations, and institutional policies. Updates Anthology and student information systems, resolves discrepancies, calculates approval and rejection rates, reviews Cal Grant eligibility, supports annual SFA audits, and assists with financial aid projects and regulatory training.

Manages electrical QA/QC for data center and mission-critical construction projects. Responsibilities include design reviews, constructability feedback, installation compliance, QA documentation, equipment inspections and testing, issue closure reporting, subcontractor coordination, project meetings, and final inspections. Leads the mortgage servicing compliance testing and quality assurance program, managing a team conducting data-driven testing and loan-level reviews. Oversees testing methodologies, reporting, issue management, remediation validation, and regulatory monitoring. Partners with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk Management, and business leaders to identify risks, assess controls, communicate findings, and drive corrective actions. Manages team workload, development, performance, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to mortgage servicing regulations, investor requirements, and company standards.

Reviews medical device and mechanical engineering PCT patent cases for quality before delivery to the USPTO. Maintains AQL-based performance monitoring, manages compliance issues, communicates required revisions, and supports corrective action plans. The role collaborates with PCT analysts and production managers while reviewing approximately five cases daily. It is a full-time, permanent remote position for U.S.-based applicants.

Lead execution and administration of compliance testing for fiduciary/trust activities within IRRA. Partner with business units, risk, compliance and audit to assess controls, identify weaknesses, recommend remediation, and communicate testing results. Provide oversight and coaching to supporting analysts and ensure compliance with fiduciary laws and regulations.

Lead QA for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: design and execute enterprise test plans, write automation scripts (or use tools like MABL), provide third-level and on-call support, mentor junior QA, and help evolve DevOps and testing practices to ensure reliability and performance.
