Design, develop, and upgrade software applications and platforms to support digital healthcare solutions. Analyze requirements, produce technical design, write and test high-quality code, deploy components, and support CI/CD. Work with cross-functional teams on code reviews, QA, and best practices. Mentor junior engineers and support systems that process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities.

The Director of Estimating (Electrical) leads a team in cost management for MEP projects, manages client relationships, prepares proposals, and oversees financial performance.

Lead and evolve the call center quality program to align daily QA activities with strategic goals. Use QA scorecards, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance improvements, coach and develop a QA team, partner with stakeholders to close performance gaps, and ensure compliance and excellent patient experience.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Build and maintain automated API, integration, and end-to-end test suites; investigate complex defects by reading logs and tracing execution; develop tooling for test data and environments; integrate tests into CI/CD; evolve automation architecture and serve as the technical QA resource during triage.

Own test planning, test case creation, maintenance, and traceability for assigned features. Track QA status across development, execute manual and automated tests, document results, write and improve test plans, participate in sprint ceremonies, identify coverage gaps, contribute lightweight automation, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test case generation and analysis.

Design, develop and execute test plans for SuccessFactors/Employee Central and SAP payroll integrations. Review and approve test artifacts, document defects, participate in design reviews, mentor junior analysts, maintain deep knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration and integration, and manage multiple configuration/support projects to meet delivery deadlines.

Support and maintain laboratory quality management systems, compile QA reports, coordinate pathologist QA and proficiency testing, assist with CAP/CLIA regulatory readiness, perform safety and waste inspections, update policies and procedures, and support quality improvement and incident investigation activities while performing administrative duties and working in a laboratory environment.
