The Director of Estimating (Electrical) leads a team in cost management for MEP projects, manages client relationships, prepares proposals, and oversees financial performance.

Lead and evolve the call center quality program to align daily QA activities with strategic goals. Use QA scorecards, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance improvements, coach and develop a QA team, partner with stakeholders to close performance gaps, and ensure compliance and excellent patient experience.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Lead development and implementation of a quality playbook for Fusion Center support teams. Define QA KPIs, run calibration sessions, produce monthly executive quality reports, partner with cross-functional teams on training/processes, analyze support data, recommend automation and long-term fixes to reduce ticket volume and improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Design, develop and execute test plans for SuccessFactors/Employee Central and SAP payroll integrations. Review and approve test artifacts, document defects, participate in design reviews, mentor junior analysts, maintain deep knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration and integration, and manage multiple configuration/support projects to meet delivery deadlines.

Lead and manage the bioanalytical QA team to ensure compliance with GLP/GCP and 21 CFR Part 11, oversee study, system, and vendor audits, host sponsor audits and regulatory inspections, drive QMS and process improvements, and contribute to global QA strategy.

Support and maintain laboratory quality management systems, compile QA reports, coordinate pathologist QA and proficiency testing, assist with CAP/CLIA regulatory readiness, perform safety and waste inspections, update policies and procedures, and support quality improvement and incident investigation activities while performing administrative duties and working in a laboratory environment.

Coordinate and deliver technical and non-technical training programs, manage LMS records (SharePoint, ISOtrain), handle logistics (scheduling, materials, classrooms), support training team projects, maintain shared mailboxes, and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, timely educational solutions.
