Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for office and field employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, business applications, networks, printers, mobile devices, and access systems; setting up accounts and equipment; deploying replacement devices; maintaining inventory; supporting technology rollouts; documenting solutions; and escalating complex issues. The role requires travel between company locations and occasional job sites.

Leads Trexon’s multi-site IT infrastructure function, including networks, cloud, servers, identity, end-user computing, backup, service delivery, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships. Manages the infrastructure team, project portfolio, budget, controls, and operational reliability. Co-leads CMMC Level 2 implementation, oversees managed security services, strengthens IT procedures, and standardizes infrastructure across manufacturing sites. Requires strong technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Provides Tier 1 technical support for employees and consultants, managing Salesforce Service Cloud cases from intake through resolution. Coordinates laptop provisioning, imaging, shipping, inventory, troubleshooting, repairs, and endpoint compliance. Administers user accounts, groups, licenses, MFA, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. Supports Microsoft 365, devices, VPN, telephony, and business applications while documenting solutions, escalating complex issues, and maintaining service-level targets.
