Advise senior leadership, prioritize product backlogs, coordinate engineering and architecture teams, and deliver Salesforce-based platforms using Agile and Micro Front End architectures. Drive enterprise digital transformation, optimize banker workflows, influence stakeholders, and resolve complex product challenges across a matrixed organization.

Own the Software Security product vision, strategy, roadmap, goals, and backlog. Translate customer needs into user stories and technical requirements, prioritize work across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and resolve sequencing conflicts. Lead cross-functional product teams while ensuring regulatory, policy, risk, and security compliance. The role focuses on application security, DevSecOps, secure software development, CI/CD security capabilities, cloud security, and technology roadmaps.

Lead fraud risk product strategy and roadmap execution across business, technology, analytics, operations, and risk teams. Own product requirements, user stories, backlogs, lifecycle delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. Monitor fraud threats and industry trends while improving prevention, detection, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong influence within a complex, matrixed financial services organization and experience with technology-enabled capabilities, Agile delivery, and risk management.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of HR Governance and Labor Relations technology products. Owns Workday and ServiceNow capabilities, translates HR requirements into scalable solutions, directs analysts and Agile teams, and manages integrations, testing, adoption, risks, dependencies, and vendor-supported capabilities. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, Technology, and business leaders to resolve competing priorities and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes.

Owns the roadmap, strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement of data platforms supporting financial-crime analytics, detection models, investigations, and AML operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, agile delivery, data analysis, model lifecycle management, monitoring, issue remediation, governance, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.

Owns the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle of enterprise AI infrastructure supporting model development and inference at scale. Partners with technology, security, finance, audit, risk, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, budgets, requirements, and risk management. Leads product selection, RFx activities, feature prioritization, and communication with senior leadership while overseeing product performance, inventory, lifecycle, and overall health.
