Owns quality performance across aerospace and defense programs, serving as the primary customer and cross-functional quality interface. Responsibilities include first article inspection, supplier quality flow-downs, process validation, corrective actions, root cause investigations, quality documentation, data analysis, customer reviews, and continuous improvement. The role requires independent judgment, cross-functional influence, and expertise in AS9100, AS9102, manufacturing quality tools, and structured problem-solving. It is fully onsite with approximately 5% travel and requires U.S. citizenship.

Develop and maintain cybersecurity processes, templates, and evidence for standards (TISAX, IEC 62443-4-1, CRA). Coordinate TISAX assessments and audits, liaise with Information Security on ISO 27001 policies, perform internal audits and management reviews, and ensure readiness for reassessments and customer security reviews.

Support integration of new division partners into payroll tax processes; gather and analyze payroll/tax data; ensure timely, accurate processing of liability payments, tax returns, and notices; lead and track projects to improve tax department efficiency and processes; maintain project plans and status; optimize workflows and identify growth opportunities.
