Build and validate semantic models, connect AI workflows and enterprise systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as the primary technical customer contact. Manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with BI, IT, Data, Security, and business teams, and translate customer feedback into product requirements for R&D.

Manage customer-facing sales operations, including orders, quotations, billing, invoicing, forecasting, and CRM workflows. Partner with account and sales managers to resolve operational roadblocks, maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and Priority ERP, and analyze sales performance, backlog, and product revenue metrics. This is a part-time, on-site role in Raanana, working five days per week in half-day shifts.

Owns the end-to-end design, development, operation, and evolution of internal platforms supporting CTI products. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes, cloud and on-prem environments, CI/CD, Terraform infrastructure, security controls, observability, and scalable infrastructure for AI/ML systems. The role requires strong Python and Bash skills, AWS and Kubernetes expertise, architectural judgment, and experience building high-scale production systems.

Own company-wide budgeting, rolling forecasts, SaaS revenue modeling, financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive decision support. Track SaaS metrics and unit economics, prepare board and investor materials, support fundraising and long-range planning, and improve financial processes, systems, and data quality.
