Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Israel is expanding its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) division and looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Commerce Specialist to join our E-commerce team.If you live and breathe digital commerce and can seamlessly bridge business needs with technical execution, we want you.
Role and Responsibilities
* Drive Impact: Lead end-to-end digital and e-commerce projects from initial business requirements through to production launch.
* Optimize the Journey: Take ownership of key e-commerce flows (checkout, payments, delivery, inventory, EPP, and trade-in) while continuously identifying operational gaps to improve the customer journey.
* Collaborate Globally: Work closely with local stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics) and global/offshore IT and development teams.
* Ensure Quality: Own the QA and UAT processes, support production releases, and rapidly resolve website or Shop App issues that impact business performance.
* Orchestrate Launches: Coordinate full digital readiness for major marketing campaigns and new product launches.
Skills and Qualifications

* 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or digital project management.
* Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements for dev and IT teams.
* Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, QA methodologies, and production releases.
* High-level ownership, independence, and the multitasking skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English alongside strong stakeholder-management abilities.
Bonus Points (Advantages):
* Background in e-commerce consumer electronics, or D2C environments.
* Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce / Hybris.
* Familiarity with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or GA4.
