Provide first-line IT support across Windows and macOS via phone/chat/email/tickets; troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and Intune-based endpoint management; administer user accounts via Okta/Entra ID/Active Directory; support conference rooms, AV systems, and company events while maintaining asset inventory and documentation.
