The Regional Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations, promotes a culture of safety, conducts safety training, and engages employees in safety practices.

Provide on-site B2B sales support and fittings, promote the CustomFit program, assist sales team to reach goals, address customer objections and complaints, and collaborate with account and inside sales teams.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, prepare reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical exhibits. Coordinate project team work, attend client and business development meetings, and oversee deliverables for roadway and drainage infrastructure projects.

Review and adjudicate GAP claims by verifying documentation, calculating amounts owed or refunded, and ensuring accurate claim resolution. Communicate with customers and team members, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and maintain quality and compliance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Serve as primary contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, advising on medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages; prepare and evaluate carrier proposals; coordinate enrollments and meetings; respond to complex client questions and manage relationships with clients and carriers.

Provide defense litigation for high-exposure insurance matters in Nevada, handling cases from inception through trial and appeal. Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs; conduct legal research; develop defense strategies; try cases first-chair; communicate with clients, courts, witnesses and opposing counsel; and advise managing attorneys and claims partners.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for 10-15 US roles across Engineering, GTM, and G&A. Build proactive sourcing strategies, manage pipelines in the ATS, partner with hiring managers, deliver excellent candidate experience, drive offers to close, report on hiring metrics, and improve TA processes.
