Lead portfolio analytics for Amazon Credit & Payments: define problems, source and analyze data, build dashboards, measure and optimize lifecycle and campaign performance, partner cross-functionally, and coach analytics teams to drive growth, profitability, and improved customer experience.

Support Head Start program analytics by collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; build reports, dashboards, and visualizations; monitor data quality; inform program monitoring, evaluation, and compliance; collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and automate routine reporting to improve decision-making and program outcomes.
