The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst will develop dashboards, analyze performance data, support decision-making, mentor junior analysts, and improve organizational performance.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, datasets). Partner with product, actuarial, underwriting to source and validate data. Automate reporting, perform audits/reconciliations, communicate findings to stakeholders, and mentor analysts. Act as Power BI SME and apply AI tools to accelerate development, code generation, automation, and QA.

Design, build, and operate the credit fund's end-to-end data and automation stack. Implement deal workflow, ingest borrower financials and payment telemetry, develop Python credit scoring and forecasting models, ship audit-grade investor and borrower dashboards, enforce security and auditability, and move into portfolio monitoring and underwriting while presenting results to LPs and borrowers.

Own and build Power BI reports and client-facing intelligence products within Microsoft Fabric. Develop DAX measures, campaign pacing and budget alerting, monitor contact data health and data delivery pipelines, transition vendor-built platforms in-house, and partner with IT/Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, actionable reporting for Digital leadership and clients.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data transformation on the Guidewire Data Platform. Drive design, ingestion/egress, migration performance, and AI-enabled tooling. Facilitate inception and design review sessions, mentor teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure successful data platform adoption and repeatable delivery practices while spending significant time on customer sites.

Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects for assigned clients: scope, design surveys, define samples, analyze data, and deliver client-ready insights and recommendations. Serve as primary client contact, guide clients to full-service or DIY solutions on Numerator's platform, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, mentor analysts, support sales and consulting efforts, and manage multiple projects while protecting scope, quality, and timelines. Travel as required.

Lead day-to-day management of multi-year data projects (Neighborhood Vitality Index, Hope Starts Here). Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, design and analyze surveys, coordinate with external partners and internal teams, perform stakeholder outreach and engagement, and produce accessible data products and communications for non-technical audiences to inform decision-making across Detroit-area organizations.
