Capitol City Produce is a family-owned and operated wholesale produce distributor based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Founded by the Ferachi family in 1947, it supplies fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, seasonal items, frozen products, dairy, and value-added processed foods to foodservice and retail customers across the Gulf Coast and southeastern United States. The company also provides refrigerated storage, delivery, quality assurance, and customer service.
