Lead design, development, and migration of enterprise SAP BW solutions to SAP Datasphere; architect hybrid data flows with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse; integrate BW with Salesforce and SQL Server; embed AI (Copilot, Azure OpenAI) into analytics; manage deliverables, mentor offshore teams, enforce standards, and ensure data integrity and performance for reporting and analytics.

Maintain and monitor Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion pipelines. Partners with Product, Launch, and Partner Success teams to resolve technical and partner challenges, improve integrations, and support adoption. Provides technical mentorship, design and code reviews, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Leads data engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, support, and lifecycle management for secure, scalable cloud and hosted data solutions. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to deliver complex datasets, establish enterprise data standards, manage data engineering teams, and oversee maintenance, change management, capacity planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory security requirements. The role also evaluates third-party tools and supports Azure DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and technical innovation.
