Drive end-to-end demand and supply planning across ESE markets. Provide IP and trademark legal support for Petcare marketing and innovation: develop and execute brand/IP strategies, manage trademark prosecution and enforcement, oversee artwork review, liaise with global teams and outside counsel, maintain docket and evidence libraries, and deliver training and legal guidance to business stakeholders.

Provide global trademark and IP legal support for Petcare brand and innovation strategies: counsel on trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, enforcement, evidence gathering, artwork review, docket monitoring, outside counsel management, training, and billing/invoice review while collaborating with global marketing and business teams.

Design and run experiments and pilot/factory trials to validate cocoa raw materials, ensure food safety and quality, translate cocoa science into business insights, manage projects, and develop sensory expertise for global sourcing and flavor consistency.

Provide strategic legal counsel on sustainability, human rights, environment and packaging for Mars Snacking. Lead and oversee a distributed team of senior lawyers, advise senior stakeholders, develop protocols and training, ensure compliance across high-risk supply chains, draft and review materials, and partner with enterprise sustainability and governance teams on investigations and legal strategy.

Lead a 12-hour shift team (~15 associates) to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Drive continuous improvement, implement Mars Supply Excellence and HACCP, coach and develop operators, manage staffing and changeovers, troubleshoot equipment issues, handle escalations, and support recruiting and onboarding.

Lead and execute sourcing strategy for co-manufacturing partnerships. Manage supplier performance, negotiate and qualify co-manufacturers, drive cost, quality and operational improvements, manage IP and financial risk, and collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
