The role exists to support the deployment and governance of portfolio plans that enable delivery of our growth strategy across our Central Europe Cluster markets and brands.
The role partners closely with the Portfolio Manager to translate innovation, renovation, and simplification strategies into actionable market deployment plans.
Key Responsibilities 🐾:
Portfolio Strategy & Simplification for Growth
Deploy portfolio strategies across cluster markets, driving growth through innovation, renovation, and simplification for growth agenda, guided by PNE Growth Strategy.
Proactively drive performance assessment and visibility, identify gaps, unlock opportunities, and ensure alignment with regional and local priorities.
Portfolio Governance & Deployment planning
Support portfolio plan alignment, submission, and deployment through key business processes including S2W, Innovation and Portfolio Stage Gates, and S&OP+.Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment
Achieve Excellence in Execution role modeling high performance culture via robust x-functional collaboration with Cluster and regional Teams.
Translate portfolio and brand strategies into clear, actionable plans and ensure end-to-end delivery and follow-through
Develop compelling in trade stories and deployment plans leveraging category insights, brand strategies supported by executional plans per initiative (innovation, renovation etc)
Performance Analytics & Value Delivery
Perform portfolio performance tracking through KPI scorecards, financial analysis, and growth bridge insights
Proactively manage Risk&Opp assessment and drive supporting actions for acceleration/gap closing.
What are we looking for ⚞ • ⚟?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, category management, portfolio management, or business strategy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, financial analysis, and deriving actionable insights, hands on experience in Nielsen and internal reporting tools is an advantage.
Ability to build strong networks and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience working across multiple markets or in an international environment is a plus.
Fluent English required.
