Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for Gum & Mint (full responsibility for Double Mint brand building), including identifying and leading a yearly Double Mint brand communication strategy that ensures long-term brand building and sustainable business growth. Lead Double Mint brand campaign and Extra occasion campaign implementation: Lead agency partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Cell/HI/Media teams, etc.) to implement campaign successfully. Oversee brand content creation & governance for the Double Mint brand.

1. Bachelor’s degree qualified
2. Around 5 years’ experience in relevant brand-building and strategic marketing and communications roles is preferred
3. Experience in building brands through content/campaign – across multiple media platforms
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate through ambiguities and conflicts
5. Strong sense of the media and omni-channel landscape
6. Good learning agility and result-oriented
7. Fluency in written and oral English
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Lead China Double Mint Brand campaign execution, including Occasion building, core equity building campaign, NPD campaign, etc.
2. Lead yearly China Double Mint content AEP planning in collaboration with Cell &Media.
3. Manage and operate Double Mint's yearly non-working budget planning, execution, and financial reporting with flawless execution
4. Lead the design and delivery of the Extra occasion campaign (OTG , Study)
