Provides analytical and operational support to Mars Snacking’s Convenience and Specialty channel teams. Delivers reporting, business analysis, and insights supporting revenue growth, profitability, assortment optimization, forecast accuracy, annual planning, customer strategies, product portfolios, and ad hoc business needs. Collaborates cross-functionally to inform decisions and execute customer objectives.

Leads Quality and Food Safety digital systems integration for acquired businesses. Responsibilities include project planning, milestone and risk management, process mapping, future-state design, system evaluation, stakeholder training, metrics standardization, regulatory compliance, and organizational change management across cross-functional teams.

Leads process engineering and capital projects across food manufacturing, from concept through completion. Oversees budgets, scope, contractors, timelines, technology selection, equipment specifications, plant layouts, automation opportunities, and compliance with safety and food-quality standards. Partners with manufacturing, innovation, procurement, finance, and engineering teams while guiding site teams and mentoring technical staff. Travel may reach 50% depending on project needs.
