Lead large, complex capital projects (process, packaging, buildings, infrastructure) from ideation to closure. Ensure safety, quality, budget and schedule compliance. Develop equipment and engineering standards, upskill engineering teams, collaborate with R&D and global technical teams, participate in staffing strategy, and travel frequently across major North American sites.

Manage strategic relationships with key retail customers to drive profitable sales growth across assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions and seasonal merchandising. Lead product launches, deliver data-driven presentations and category insights, ensure accurate forecasting, manage trade funds compliance, and execute customer plans to meet revenue and profit targets.

Lead design and installation of manufacturing projects (process/packaging), manage project teams, ensure safety and compliance, support execution and functional development, and travel to sites as required.
