Owns KIND’s brand platform, equity, communications strategy, and commercial innovation across North America and global markets. Leads integrated agency and cross-functional teams, develops campaigns and commercial partnerships, manages brand health measurement and A&CP budgets, and evaluates investments against ROI, reach, and brand-building priorities. The role stewards brand consistency, drives creative development from brief through execution, and influences stakeholders using consumer insights and business data.

Manage indirect tax calculation, filing, compliance, reconciliations, audits, tax planning, and regulatory monitoring. Lead tax recovery, automation, process improvement, and system implementation projects while coordinating stakeholders and supervising junior and mid-level tax staff. Prepare management reports, document procedures, delegate work, and support team development.

Leads Mars’ global go-to-market agenda for its chocolate portfolio, including category strategy, pricing and promotion architecture, strategic innovation commercialization, point-of-purchase execution, and shopper-focused toolkits. Partners with sales and regional teams to accelerate omnichannel and digital commerce initiatives. The role requires strong strategic thinking, execution, team leadership, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration across a matrix organization.
