Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the processing and renewal of Exit Re-Entry visas, Iqamas, and other employee residency permits.
• Manage business visas and invitation letters to associates visiting KSA.
• Prepare and issue official ID letters and other employee-related documentation.
• Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
• Maintain accurate records and track status of all employee government service requests. (Baladya cards, residency permits ...etc.)
• Provide timely updates and support to employees regarding their government service applications.
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays related to employee government services.
• Tracking health (baladya cards) of factory associates and booking appointments.
• Support P&O through the onboarding/ offboarding process. (GOSI, Contracts, Qwia ...Etc.)
• Support the Corporate Affairs Manager when needed with administrative tasks.
• Manage government documentation and approvals related to company operations and ensuring the validity of licenses and certificates.
• Monitor changes in government regulations affecting the company and advise management accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key competencies and qualifications:
• Previous experience in government services related to employee visas and permits preferred.
• Proactiveness and dealing with ambiguity.
• Customer focus and comfort around higher management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor and immigration regulations is a plus.
