This Portfolio & Activation job will help the International Division drive the right portfolio and ensure the proper activations to support the Hub priorities and Sales target, and develop the brand equity locally being the guardian of our Brand guidelines and execution excellence.
What are we looking for?
- University degree In Business Administration or Marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in Customer Management, Distributor Management, Account Management
- Open minded, visionary, sense of new business opportunities and project management capability
- Comprehensive understanding of the PSR Trade and market
- Background within FMCG is a plus
- Experience in navigating complex environment, quickly adapt to changing and challenging situations
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products based on consumer needs and market trends
- Drive intentionally the Must Have List agenda to unlock growth opportunity coordinating with the central PMR leader and regulatory
- Is the lead of the Local PMR in the S&OP+ forum and is responsible of owning the portfolio strategy, identify global/regional projects impact on his market and adapt, identify needs for escalation.
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio/innovations, business, category, competition and make recommendations accordingly on the portfolio demand strategy and activation
- Defines & drives the adapted offline & online activations in line with the Hub/Spot Strategy, the Indi Central Activation plan in collaboration with the importers
- Is responsible to build each year the marketing plan for the Hub/Spot and to support the Hub/Spot Manager building the Strategy plan
- Monitors and track the effectiveness of the activations and adapts/pivot/shares results
- Is responsible to order/manage the right premia items in line with the marketing plan to support the brand locally in collaboration with Sales Acc and the importer
- Is responsible to order the right merchandising to support the excellence in store / in clinics in line with the Sales Acc need and the importer.
- Is responsible to track the local marketing budget
- Owns the relationship with the importer on marketing topics and is responsible of the importer marketing team training omnichannel
- Collaborate with support functions (Regulatory, Demand, Logistics, Corporate) to ensure the deployment of the annual plan
- Co create, define WoW and generate insights from importers
- Highly Collaborate with the Central Portfolio & Activation Manager
- Monitors social media activation and digital campaigns to ensure global brand guidelines are respected and Regional/Indi central digital guidelines are applied
