Manage SAP-based ERP platform implementations and integrations for 3PL clients; lead the US Platforms team; own implementation lifecycle, requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, training, support, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to optimize operations.

Manage general ledger and month/quarter/year-end closings, prepare and analyze management and statutory reports, ensure Dutch tax compliance, improve financial processes, and use SAP daily to support multiple legal entities.

Manage mass client communications and digital engagement for Client Care. Develop communication plans and collateral, own communications strategy and operations, coordinate monthly newsletters, analyze communication effectiveness, advocate for client messaging needs, collaborate with Customer Marketing, and leverage AI to draft and personalize content with human review.
