Manages aircraft maintenance quality control programs to ensure fleet airworthiness, safety, and compliance with company manuals and aviation regulations. Oversees Required Inspection Items, weight and balance, technical training, material receiving, quarantine parts, staffing, reporting, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and FAA liaison activities. Leads Quality Control crewmembers and supports operational issue resolution, including after-hours coverage. The role may require up to 25% travel and extended work outdoors around aircraft.

Support OCC by analyzing fuel burn, airport and aircraft performance, MEL/CDL impacts, and weight/balance. Build reports/dashboards, validate Embraer E195-E2 onboarding, partner with Dispatch, Network Planning, and Tech Ops, and liaise with Boeing and Embraer.

Lead northeast airport operations including Tweed-New Haven; oversee station strategy, safety, customer experience, performance metrics, cross-functional coordination, staffing, and continuous improvement to drive on-time performance and NPS.

Lead and manage airport base operations to ensure safety, on-time performance, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, audits, GSE coordination, cost control, incident prevention, and stakeholder relationships with FAA/TSA. Resolve customer issues, document performance, and drive KPI improvements.

Lead and support flight attendants at a base to ensure operational excellence, safety, and on-time performance. Coach and counsel crew, coordinate with airport and internal teams, handle administrative duties (cost control, investigations, reporting), maintain FA qualifications, represent the company, and develop crew performance, engagement, and growth.
