In order to gain insight into the sales skills they deem essential for success, Built In Chicago checked in with Pasek and two more local leaders — Selena Sacchetti, a senior sales executive at Grubhub, and Matt Williams, a senior sales manager at Mothership. Along with active listening, they shared how working with an empathetic approach as well as being able to independently problem solve are critical skills for sales reps to hone.
