This role offers training and placement for OPT/CPT, focusing on QA, software testing, and business analysis for technical graduates.

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and networking across Windows and macOS. Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory, perform updates and security checks, maintain IT equipment, document solutions, assist onboarding, and escalate complex incidents. Support includes executive-level assistance and use of ticketing and remote support tools.

Provide hands-on IT support for the Washington, D.C. office, including service desk troubleshooting, Windows and macOS device lifecycle management, conference room and AV systems, printers, connectivity, and Office 365 administration. Manage user access and licensing, proactively resolve technical issues, and occasionally travel to operational and test facilities to establish and support local IT environments. Experience with Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, or Python is beneficial.

Provide hands-on IT support for Navy systems: install, configure, and repair hardware/software, troubleshoot OS and network issues, support server maintenance and patching, document configurations, follow security protocols, deliver user support and basic training, and assist with asset management.
