Build and maintain scalable dbt data models, Python ETL pipelines, and Dagster workflows. Scrape public data, support CRM migration, improve data warehousing and SQL practices, and ensure accurate analytics data for organizational stakeholders. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, vendors, legal and advocacy teams, and business users to define data practices and support fundraising, communications, supporter engagement, litigation, and advocacy initiatives.

Analyzes customer behavior and engagement data across digital platforms, develops reporting systems, and applies geospatial analytics to identify regional trends. Audits and improves tracking infrastructure using analytics and customer experience platforms, translates findings into strategic recommendations, supports usability testing, and maintains analytics documentation. Collaborates with marketing, product, design, and technical teams to improve customer journeys, engagement, and satisfaction.
