Provides technical guidance for scalable data solutions, supports financial data workflows, improves data literacy through documentation and training, and mentors junior engineers.

Analyzes customer behavior and engagement data across digital platforms, develops reporting systems, and applies geospatial analytics to identify regional trends. Audits and improves tracking infrastructure using analytics and customer experience platforms, translates findings into strategic recommendations, supports usability testing, and maintains analytics documentation. Collaborates with marketing, product, design, and technical teams to improve customer journeys, engagement, and satisfaction.
