As a Deployment Strategist, you'll connect unstructured data, work with clients to analyze needs, and improve their workflows through tailored software solutions while leading training and presentations for varied audiences.

Designs, develops, enhances, and supports Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting solutions and FDI-aligned components. Builds reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Analytics, SQL, and custom data models. Translates functional requirements into technical designs, troubleshoots reporting issues, optimizes performance, and ensures data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business needs. Collaborates with functional leads, architects, integration teams, data conversion teams, and client stakeholders.

Develop and manage data pipelines, integrations, analytics solutions, ontologies, business object models, and enterprise data architectures using Palantir Foundry. The role supports data governance, quality, lineage, operational workflows, technical solution design, and cross-functional collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Federal or Department of Defense experience and Agile experience are preferred. A DOD Secret clearance is required.

Build and maintain scalable dbt data models, Python ETL pipelines, and Dagster workflows. Scrape public data, support CRM migration, improve data warehousing and SQL practices, and ensure accurate analytics data for organizational stakeholders. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, vendors, legal and advocacy teams, and business users to define data practices and support fundraising, communications, supporter engagement, litigation, and advocacy initiatives.

Conduct rapid political research by analyzing news, public records, campaign finance, voting histories, and legal documents; synthesize findings into concise research products for rapid response and communications teams; monitor national and local news; support department tasks as assigned.

Performs eDiscovery data processing, including data loading, file conversion, database indexing, exporting, load-file creation, and quality control in Relativity/RelOne and similar platforms. Communicates with legal teams about datasets, identifies loading issues, performs document scanning, tracks work statuses, and provides regular and ad-hoc reporting. The role is full-time and hybrid in a secured Washington, DC facility.

Analyzes communications, outreach, digital, social media, and stakeholder engagement data to identify trends and actionable insights. Develops dashboards, reports, visualizations, KPI frameworks, and executive summaries; conducts audience and desk research; evaluates campaign performance; maintains data quality; and supports forecasting, measurement strategy, reporting automation, and optimization across federal programs.

Supports ETL pipeline development, legacy data migration, data transformation, validation, profiling, cleaning, and integration for a secure DEA modernization program. Collaborates with technical and business teams, monitors pipeline performance, troubleshoots issues, documents data flows and migration results, and participates in Agile development activities under senior engineer guidance.

Participate in an 18-month rotational Business Analyst program across Robinhood’s Money and Growth organization. Analyze business metrics, economic drivers, pricing, segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs to identify growth opportunities. Build analytical models, dashboards, and executive presentations, while partnering with product, engineering, risk, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives and measure results.

The Data Analyst will perform data analysis, write complex SQL queries, support a data quality program, and document data processes. This includes creating reports, conducting presentations, and improving data quality through assessment and testing.
