Leads branch operations, safety, sales, financial performance, and team development for a service-based organization. Oversees P&L and EBITDA results, analyzes KPIs, coaches sales representatives, manages technician hiring and training, ensures operational and safety compliance, builds client relationships, and represents the company at industry and community events.

Owns the operational systems and workflows supporting school programs, including data integrity, roster synchronization, user accounts, dashboards, program launches, lesson publishing, teacher materials, surveys, reporting, communications, and routine support. The role partners with Product, Program, and Communications teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable infrastructure for student and school experiences.
