Manage roadmap, specs, backlog, and cross-functional delivery; support sales with technical discovery, demos, and POCs; ensure compliance with legal, risk, and infosec; publish implementation documentation and monitor capability health.

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based identity and access solutions (Azure AD/Entra, hybrid AD). Manage user lifecycle, RBAC, PIM/PAM, Conditional Access, MFA/SSO, and SSO integrations. Monitor identity threats with Defender for Identity and Sentinel, troubleshoot incidents, produce runbooks, and collaborate on compliance and IAM roadmap activities.

Lead and build the threat research function: curate intelligence knowledge bases, conduct original research on threat actors and TTPs across endpoint, cloud, and IAM, prototype AI-assisted tooling, translate findings into hunt hypotheses and detection rules, and partner with product, engineering, and customers to prioritize detections and drive strategy.

Design, implement, and manage security architecture and controls across healthcare IT (EHRs, medical devices, cloud). Configure security tools, conduct vulnerability assessments and forensics, respond to incidents, maintain compliance (HIPAA/HITECH/HITRUST/SOC 2), support audits, build dashboards, and deliver security awareness and client-facing security guidance.

Lead the CSOC by overseeing detection, incident response, and SOC operations; act as technical escalation point; improve SIEM-driven detection, playbooks, automation, and metrics to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Operate and scale the identity platform and access governance program: lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning, B2B guest governance, non-human identity management, SSO/SCIM integrations, privileged access controls, IAM audit support, endpoint/MDM and SaaS administration, and escalated end-user support. Partner with MSP and cyber team to secure identities and respond to identity-related incidents.

Perform manual smart contract code reviews to identify vulnerabilities, collaborate with developers, use Slither and Foundry for analysis, document findings, and produce clear reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders while staying current on blockchain security trends.
