Serve as primary tax authority, coordinate with external advisors, oversee partnership and indirect tax compliance, maintain filing calendar, handle information reporting (1099/1042), support international tax matters, liaise with government authorities, and improve tax processes and controls.

Own the technical vision and architecture for an AI platform of agents, skills, and tools. Scale retrieval/knowledge systems, build developer experience, orchestration, observability, and evaluation/feedback loops. Align cross-division engineering strategy and drive platform adoption.

Work as an independent contractor showing homes, hosting open houses, attending inspections, and meeting customers on a flexible schedule. No sales closings or contract handling; paid a flat rate per field event. Must affiliate license with Redfin and join local MLS/Realtor Association.
