About our Culture:Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate. We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:
1) Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe. Everyone on Camber’s team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.
2) We have to have a sense of humor. Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.
About the RoleCamber is hiring a Director-level Enterprise Account Executive to own and scale our most critical market segments. We are looking for a seasoned operator who understands that in Enterprise healthcare, relationships drive decisions. This is not a traditional "hand-off" sales role. You will be the General Manager of your book of business, responsible for navigating complex $50M–$250M healthcare providers through the entire lifecycle, from proactive market mapping and diagnostics to ensuring successful implementation rollouts. You will join a team that values agency, intellectual honesty, and a "rowing in the same direction" mentality.
As a Director-level Enterprise AE, you will focus on providers in the $25M–$100M revenue range. You are the "face of Camber" for these organizations.
Your time will be split between two core priorities:
Pipeline Generation & Closing (70%): Moving from reactive management to a proactive, pre-ordained coverage plan for top ABA and PE targets.
Implementation & Relationship Stewardship (30%): In the enterprise market, the sale doesn't end at the signature. You will spend roughly 25-30% of your time in H1 2026 working closely with clients during the pilot phase to ensure "MVP-level" implementations convert into full-scale rollouts.
Drive the Enterprise Sales Engine
Proactive Coverage: Own the relationship mapping and outreach for large healthcare providers.
Run Diagnostics: Lead consultative diagnostic processes for large providers, identifying pain points and building the business case for Camber.
Build Internal Alignment: Partner with our leadership to refine deal frameworks, ensuring we balance margin with strategic value and vertical expansion.
Market Presence: Attend and leverage events to foster the warm relationships that drive our GTM motion.
Ensure Rollout Success
Relationship GM: Act as a key relationship owner until Camber is fully rolled out signed client, ensuring external stakeholders feel validated in their choice.
Passing the Baton: Help translate what matters to customers to other internal teams, thus driving the necessary cross-functional collaboration needed for success.
Seniority: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with at least a Director-level track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals.
Healthcare/PE Fluency: Deep understanding of the Healthcare Private Equity landscape and the nuances of RCM or clinical operations.
Relationship First: You prefer "warm" GTM motions and understand how to navigate the tight-knit community of healthcare executives.
Strategic Judgment: You can look at a pricing rubric and know which levers to pull to win a deal without sacrificing long-term value.
Full-Cycle Ownership: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves during a messy implementation to ensure the client stays bought-in.
A proven ability to hit aggressive ARR targets.
The "General Manager" mindset; you take total accountability for your accounts.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of commanding a room of CFOs and CIOs.
A collaborative spirit; you enjoy winning as a team more than winning alone.
Are a "Lone Wolf": We prioritize team cohesion and "rowing together" over individual heroics.
Want to "Close and Ghost": If you aren't interested in the long-term relationship-building and cross-functional efforts needed to scale Camber’s Enterprise team, this isn't the role for you.
Prefer Rigid Structure: Our strategy re-orients as we learn. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
Lack Empathy for the Customer: We are here to fix a broken healthcare system; that requires a genuine care for the clinicians and patients we serve.
Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans with nationwide coverage, including 24/7 virtual urgent care.
Mental Health Support: Weekly therapy reimbursement up to $100, so you can prioritize the care that works best for you.
Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks of fully paid time off for new parents (birth, adoption, or foster care).
Financial Wellness: 401K (traditional & Roth), HSA & FSA options, and monthly commuter benefits for NYC employees.
Time Off That Counts: We offer flexible PTO, meaning you’re trusted to take the time you need to recharge while balancing your responsibilities and team commitments.
Fitness Stipend: $100/month to use on fitness however you choose.
Hybrid Flexibility: In NYC? We work in the office 3–5x/week, with flexibility when life happens. Fridays are remote-friendly.
Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location.
Building an inclusive culture is one of our core tenets as a company. We’re very aware of structural inequalities that exist, and recognize that underrepresented minorities are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t think they meet all of the requirements. If that’s you and you’re reading this, we’d like to encourage you to apply regardless — we’d love to get to know you and see if there’s a place for you here!
In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
