The role manages data conversion projects through launch, collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams, resolves data and system issues, identifies project risks, and improves conversion processes. Responsibilities include testing multiple file formats, ensuring data integrity, supporting vendor transitions and mergers, generating exception reports, and providing technical consultation.

Analyzes employee sentiment, workforce trends, talent, skills, organizational effectiveness, and work data to identify risks and opportunities. Develops dashboards, analytical methodologies, AI-enabled insight products, and self-service resources. Partners with HR leaders and data owners to translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for workforce planning, succession, organization design, automation, and capability decisions.

Supports loyalty and retention analytics through A/B test management, KPI tracking, recurring dashboards, and performance reporting. Monitors churn, winback, cancellation, and loyalty metrics; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages loyalty merchandise planning and replenishment, collaborates with Data Science and program owners, coordinates analytics requests, and prepares MBR/QBR materials.

Lead enterprise data architecture across AWS and Databricks Lakehouse: design scalable data models, ensure governance and data quality, mentor teams, evaluate and adopt data technologies (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), oversee large projects and deliverables, and incorporate generative AI to accelerate data modeling and delivery.

Owns and leads commercial master data management across HCP, HCO, payer, patient, product, and organizational domains. Establishes governance frameworks, stewardship programs, data quality standards, matching and survivorship rules, and trusted golden records. Manages commercial data platforms, integrations, analytics datasets, releases, vendors, and offshore teams. Writes SQL, builds validations and data pipelines, troubleshoots integrations, supports commercial launches, and drives operational improvements across pharmaceutical commercial systems.

Analyzes claims portfolio data to identify trends, forecast losses and reserves, monitor performance, and explain variances. Develops reporting tools, dashboards, and data models while ensuring data integrity and compliance with claims policies. Partners with Claims, Finance, Actuarial, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to support portfolio reviews, resolve reporting gaps, improve processes, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Organise and curate large amounts of raw material: extract key points from transcripts, collate and maintain clean spreadsheets, tag and categorise links and documents, and create findable information structures following or suggesting systems.

Performs geospatial data management, analysis, visualization, and analytical modeling for government and commercial clients. Supports hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk reduction efforts using ArcGIS and Microsoft tools. This non-full-time, on-call role requires frequent travel and deployment to disaster recovery sites nationwide.
