Design and govern end-to-end data architecture for an integrated supply-chain e-commerce platform: create data models, build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure GDPR-compliant data governance, enable real-time analytics, optimize databases, plan retention/archival, and prepare data for LLM fine-tuning and RAG use cases.

The role requires advanced SQL and experience in credit risk, fraud risk, collections, or related lending analytics.

Performs complex commercial insurance data analysis, develops business recommendations, improves reporting processes, communicates insights to partners and senior management, and supports strategic initiatives. The role requires strong statistical, analytical, coding, and data visualization skills, along with insurance knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and occasional travel.

Supports IAA’s vehicle enhancement and make-ready program through recurring dashboards, baseline metrics, cost and vendor analysis, SLA tracking, workflow documentation, and process improvement. Leads and develops a team of Conversion Data Analysts, owning workload prioritization, delivery quality, and performance outcomes. Uses KPIs and data to identify risks, guide decisions, and improve high-volume conversion workflows. Partners with project management, Engineering, Product, Support, and leadership to ensure accurate data mapping and successful customer onboarding. Requires people leadership, SQL, Excel, data validation, CRM, and conversion tooling experience.
