Manages workflow and production oversight across tax, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax resolution services. Coordinates deadlines, workloads, staff responsibilities, client onboarding, billing, collections, and engagement budgets. Leads process improvement, internal controls, reporting, practice management systems, AI and automation workflows, vendor and IT coordination, staff training, and administrative supervision. Ensures consistent client service, operational efficiency, deadline compliance, and accurate management visibility.

Owns the operational systems and workflows supporting school programs, including data integrity, roster synchronization, user accounts, dashboards, program launches, lesson publishing, teacher materials, surveys, reporting, communications, and routine support. The role partners with Product, Program, and Communications teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable infrastructure for student and school experiences.
