Partner with sales engineering, support, technical account management, and executives to deliver customer solutions and advise on data strategy. Use coding agents while reviewing implementation quality and maintaining best practices.

Leads claims analytics by partnering with business leaders, developing reporting and data infrastructure, integrating insurance data, and delivering insights for Claims, Finance, Actuarial, and Underwriting. Creates dashboards and analyses, responds to ad hoc requests, interprets financial and actuarial reporting, and mentors junior analysts. Requires advanced SQL, BI, Power BI, and insurance industry expertise.

Leads the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable GCP and Databricks data lakehouse platforms. Designs real-time and batch pipelines, data models, governance, cataloging, security, and performance optimization.
