Leads data modeling, performance tuning, schema design, and data quality efforts; partners with engineering, ETL, BI, and product teams; drives standards, architecture, governance, and compliance for scalable, high-performance data platforms.

Lead business analysis, requirements definition, system administration, integration development, and reporting for enterprise systems and data initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to design solutions, manage user access, troubleshoot systems, support upgrades and migrations, and develop reporting in Kantata, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Lead design of end-to-end analytics and data solutions, produce architecture diagrams and technical designs, guide delivery teams, run client discovery and requirements sessions, support pre-sales and proposals, build reusable frameworks, and manage and mentor a delivery team to ensure quality and alignment to architecture.

Analyze player lifecycle, run cohort and funnel analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, define product metrics, investigate KPI changes, and partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve data quality.
