Looking for a talented Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development of Aeon-R Thrust Chamber Assembly hardware and manufacturing processes for the Terran-R vehicle. Responsible for manufacturing, developing, and testing components for integration into Aeon-R engines.

Design, analyze, and develop flow control devices for Aeon R engine and Terran R launch vehicle. Conduct detailed fluid, thermal, and structural analysis, test planning, and support existing flow control products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs meet system requirements.

The Manager of Test Structures Engineering at Relativity Space will lead the team responsible for designing and analyzing structural components of test stands. Responsibilities include design and analysis of static and dynamic test stands, creation of fabrication drawings, procurement, project management, assembly, commissioning, and operation of test stands.

Design, analyze, develop, and qualify flow control devices for the Aeon R engine and Terran R launch vehicle. Conduct trade studies to produce architectures that meet system requirements. Support testing of existing flow control products.

Perform inspections and quality assurance checks on avionics systems, components, and installations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Review engineering drawings, conduct functional tests, maintain inspection records, collaborate with team members, stay updated with industry standards, participate in audits, provide guidance, identify process improvements, and maintain a safe work environment.

Derive random vibration, shock, and acoustic levels and loads across vehicle, engine, and ground systems. Collaborate with various teams for analysis and test campaigns. Drive high-speed instrumentation selection and simplify analysis workflows.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of embedded software for avionics components and subsystems. Collaborate with partner teams to define system requirements and make complex technical decisions. Responsible for testing embedded software and ensuring system performance impacts are understood. Drive the development of test infrastructure for avionics hardware testing and automated data analysis tools.
