The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) will monitor customer service performance and evaluate compliance specialists. They will develop and implement call center quality processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Design, develop, and maintain the MyBambu iOS application, collaborate with UI/UX designers, integrate with backend services, ensure app security, conduct testing, stay updated with industry trends, document the app, troubleshoot issues, and manage the submission process to the Apple App Store.
