The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, develop CI/CD pipelines, ensure security and compliance in cloud environments, and collaborate with teams to improve DevOps practices.

The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the Manager Experience product, improve platform observability and throughput, mentor engineers, set best practices, and provide on-call support while working with Twilio APIs and AWS services.

The Senior Software Engineer will own the platform supporting the product, focusing on data ingestion and integrations.
