Lead and support industrial development and plant launch activities: execute work packages, ensure production readiness and PPAPs, manage tooling and equipment procurement, conduct trials and Run at Rate, support FMEA and KPI tracking, coordinate with program and plant teams, drive continuous improvement and problem resolution to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Optimize cable and wire-harness manufacturing processes through time-and-motion studies, value stream mapping, line balancing, and Lean initiatives. Develop standardized work instructions, support NPIs, monitor OEE/scrap, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Lead plant layout and site selection, define project scope, budgets, timelines and building specifications. Manage project execution with local teams including transfers, ramp-up, SOPs, cost management, supplier standardization, reporting and cross-site coordination until initial customer deliveries.

Manage procurement of materials and ingredients for high-volume pork processing. Oversee purchasing and receiving team, create and manage purchase orders, set min/max inventory, collaborate with plant stakeholders, AP, Quality and Food Safety to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, support PPE and inventory cycle counts, produce management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Senior individual contributor who analyzes and optimizes end-to-end production flow for mechanical assembly. Leads value stream mapping, facility/layout planning, production scheduling, standard work, throughput and KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across receiving, assembly, test/QC, and shipping to reduce waste and increase throughput.

Serve as regional technical lead for Tyvek® semiconductor packaging applications, engaging customers, driving application development and qualification, leading root-cause investigations, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing, and supporting commercialization and specification-in activities.

Design, implement, and optimize robot task and motion planning algorithms and integrate computer vision for industrial robotic systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, document, and deploy software using ROS/MoveIt, CI/CD, and containerization, while following software development best practices.

Lead industrial engineering for radar system production: design scalable factory flows, rate and capacity models, DFMA and producibility reviews, cost and labor models, MRL closure, and support LRIP→FRP transitions with data-driven KPIs, lean initiatives, and MES/PLM/ERP integration.
