Collaborate with partners, sales engineering, and internal teams to position Nasunis platform for hybrid cloud storage, resiliency, and AI-ready data strategies while maintaining CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.

Manage enterprise client relationships and shared account quotas to drive revenue growth, upsells, renewals, and ROI. Lead campaign planning, execution, and reporting, surface upsell opportunities using performance data, train clients on product capabilities, and travel up to 40% for in-person meetings and events.

Serve as a subject matter expert for client service operations, driving provider performance and profitability through data analysis, strategy development, process improvements, provider engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage assigned provider groups/pools, produce operational reports, implement solutions to improve revenue and quality metrics (HEDIS/STAR), and support client relationships with frequent field engagement.
