Design resilient ingestion patterns, data contracts, models, schemas, and pipelines that handle incomplete, duplicated, delayed, and changing data. Improve performance, observability, failure handling, retries, backfills, and replay safety. Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and analytics teams while making architecture decisions and documenting technical changes.

Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and operational analyses for warehouse and eCommerce operations. Use DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling to analyze productivity, labor, capacity, service, and performance drivers. Establish KPI definitions, validate data quality, automate reporting, monitor refreshes, and translate findings into recommendations. Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering, document reporting processes, train users, and support business reviews.

Own solution design, implementation, and debugging for Hightouch’s Identity Resolution product. Work directly with customer data architectures, configure identity models, write SQL against data warehouses, investigate data discrepancies, explain system behavior, and surface product gaps. Partner with sales engineering, support, technical account management, and executives to deliver customer solutions and advise on data strategy. Use coding agents while reviewing implementation quality and maintaining best practices.

Consult with financial institutions to analyze consumer credit and loan performance, evaluate underwriting and decision rules, develop data-backed lending recommendations, produce client reports/dashboards, and lead engagements using MeridianLink decisioning platforms and BI tools.

Leads claims analytics by partnering with business leaders, developing reporting and data infrastructure, integrating insurance data, and delivering insights for Claims, Finance, Actuarial, and Underwriting. Creates dashboards and analyses, responds to ad hoc requests, interprets financial and actuarial reporting, and mentors junior analysts. Requires advanced SQL, BI, Power BI, and insurance industry expertise.
