Manage Twilio Marketing’s global OPEX budget, including headcount modeling, program spend tracking, forecasting, budget pacing, and fund redeployment. Collaborate with marketing and front-end developers to align designs with branding and functionality, prioritize multiple projects, and optimize usability and accessibility across Ultahost platforms.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial contracts, including vendor, manufacturing, licensing, merchandising, and services agreements. Manages contract timelines, approvals, repositories, and data; conducts legal and regulatory research; supports internal training; identifies contract risks and process improvements; and coordinates cross-functional contracting initiatives while balancing legal, financial, operational, and compliance considerations.

Lead technical project success for enterprise AI infrastructure engagements. Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account leaders to capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs. Track constraints involving security, compliance, data sovereignty, procurement, and restricted environments. Maintain project visibility, align deliverables with business objectives, resolve issues, support implementation-to-operations handoffs, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.

Design compact connected hardware from concept through prototyping and validation for IoT devices. Optimize for connectivity, energy efficiency, durability, usability, and manufacturability. Collaborate with software and engineering teams, participate in design reviews, and apply current hardware design trends and tools.

Develop and scale enablement programs for global Customer Success and GTM teams. Responsibilities include CSM onboarding, product and competitive training, technical and commercial playbooks, centralized knowledge management, internal communications, AI-enabled workflows, coaching support, and measurement of learning adoption and performance.
