Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (data center, network, servers, cloud, storage, backup, security). Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, vendors, stakeholders, and change requests; ensure quality, compliance, and smooth handover while driving continuous improvement.

Requires Dell EMC certifications, strong communication, and 5+ years of storage installation, configuration, and support experience.

Manage and administer HPC clusters: install and configure cluster managers (Bright Cluster Manager, xCAT), workload managers (PBS/SLURM), InfiniBand networking and GPU drivers, maintain Linux systems and high-availability setups, and ensure stable, performant HPC infrastructure.

Lead recruitment operations for the RE vertical, manage and coach a recruitment team, own client relationships and quarterly client acquisition, ensure SLAs for sourcing/screening/submission, drive end-to-end hiring, monitor team performance and compliance, handle escalations and reporting, and support expansion and onboarding strategy.

Drive growth for technical services and cloud infrastructure by identifying opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles, building client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver virtualization, cloud, HPC, storage, networking, security, and managed infrastructure solutions.

Lead design, development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment of machine learning and NLP models. Manage data preprocessing and feature engineering, integrate models into products, deploy ML models as Django web applications, and share AI/ML knowledge to improve scalability and performance.

Manage end-to-end tender activities on GeM, CPPP, NIC and PSU portals: identify tenders, prepare bids (BOQs, compliance, pricing), coordinate with OEMs for pricing/authorization, ensure timely submissions, maintain tender database, support sales by tracking funnel and bid metrics, and coordinate internal approvals (Finance, Legal, Technical).

Administer, install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and services in production. Automate tasks with Bash/Python scripts, handle OS and application issue resolution, and manage basic networking and firewall configurations.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications. Implement RESTful APIs, maintain frontend components in React, ensure code quality via reviews and automated tests, optimize performance, design database schemas, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

Lead end-to-end product design from research through rollout: create Figma design systems and interactive prototypes, run usability tests, translate insights into accessible UI, prepare developer handoffs (Zeplin/Figma Dev Mode), and collaborate with PMs and engineering to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions.
