Position Details:

Role : Fullstack Engineer
Position : Permanent
Location : Mumbai / Bhubaneswar
Experience : 5+ years
Working Days : 5 Days
Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days max.
Mandatory Skillset : Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

 Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

 Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

 Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development

practices.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django •

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript -Angular, React,

Node.js, XML, jQuery)

 Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS

Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

 Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

 Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

 Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

 Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)

 Develop and maintain frontend components using React.

 Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 4-10 years of professional experience in full stack development.

 Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

 Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

 Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like

MongoDB.

 Experience with version control systems like Git.

 Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

 Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with microservices architecture.

 Knowledge of serverless computing.

 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4-10 years professional experience in full stack development (5+ years preferred)
Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
Strong experience with back-end using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask
