Requirements

Responsibilities:

 Own the full product design process from user research to rollout, ensuring

solutions are both functional and visually compelling

 Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable design

solutions that solve real problems

 Build and maintain scalable Design Systems in Figma using components,

variants, auto-layout, and organized file structures

 Create interactive Figma prototypes to test concepts and communicate user

flows

 Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs quickly based

on insights

 Collaborate cross-functionally with UX peers, Product Managers, and

Engineering teams to align on feasibility and constraints

 Present design rationale clearly in design reviews, articulating the "why"

behind every decision

 Ensure all designs meet high standards for usability and accessibility across

interfaces

 Prepare detailed UI handoffs using Zeplin (or Figma Dev Mode) with clear

specs and documentation

 Stay curious about AI trends and emerging tools that can enhance the design

process

Qualifications:

 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing full

product design process (research to rollout)

 Expert proficiency in Figma: working with components, variants, auto-layout,

prototyping, and organized file management

 Skilled in user research methods and translating insights into design decisions

 Proven ability to run usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate rapidly

 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with UX, PM, and engineering

teams

 High level of proficiency in both research and visual design

 Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in design

 Technical knowledge: HTML, CSS (must have), and experience with Zeplin for

handoff

 Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards

(WCAG)

 Excellent presentation skills for design reviews and stakeholder alignment

Skills Required

4+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating full product design process
Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, organized file management)
Experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems in Figma
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Experience with Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode for detailed UI handoffs
