Requirements

Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, UX designer ensuring the successful delivery

of high-quality UI solutions.

 Define and drive the overall UI strategy, aligning design objectives with business goals

 Oversee the end-to-end UI design process, from requirement gathering to wireframing,

prototyping, and final implementation.

 Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

 Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

 Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

 Ensure best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

 Stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in the team.

 Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and

creative work environment.

 Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and

backend components.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 10+ years of experience in UI development and front-end development, with at least 5+ years in

a management or leadership role.

 Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end JS frameworks with a focus

on React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, analytics, WCAG(ADA)

 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

 5+ years of experience using Agile methodology.

 3+ years of experience implementing products at customer sites.

 In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and front-end development.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.

 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive UI innovation.

Skills Required
