Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (data center, network, servers, cloud, storage, backup, security). Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, vendors, stakeholders, and change requests; ensure quality, compliance, and smooth handover while driving continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, universes, and schema objects. Optimize data models and SQL for performance, integrate Python for automation, manage metadata/security, collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders, and troubleshoot production issues.

Manage and maintain Oracle database environments (11g/12c/19c+), perform migrations and upgrades, ensure high availability (RAC/Data Guard/ASM), handle backup/recovery (RMAN/Data Pump), tune performance, support deployments across Dev/UAT/Prod and cloud, and produce technical migration/deployment/DR documentation.
